About the role:

As an Apple Home Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking support via phone, email or chat in the UK. You will be expected to provide exceptional technical support and customer service to customers, ensuring that they can make the most of their Apple products. The role is based in London, and you will work full-time shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to Apple customers in the UK via phone, email and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Apple products, and provide guidance on usage and setup if needed.
  • Document and escalate unresolved issues to senior team members when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Continuously update your knowledge on various Apple products and support processes, to ensure you can provide quick and effective support to customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
  • A passion for helping customers, with a patient and empathetic approach.
  • A good understanding of Apple products and software, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably involving Apple products.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and manage your time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to document customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
  • A flexible attitude toward scheduling, as the role involves shift work and weekend work.
  • Fluent in English language.
