About the Role:

As a Customer Service and Support Representative, you will be an integral part of Apple’s customer service team, providing excellent service and support to Apple customers. Your role will be to respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and resolve issues they may have with Apple products and services.

Responsibilities:

– Deliver exceptional customer service and support to Apple customers
– Resolve customer issues via phone, email, and chat
– Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
– Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
– Utilize Apple’s customer service software to track and resolve customer inquiries

Requirements:

– Strong oral and written communication skills
– Proficiency in using Apple products and services
– Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Ability to work independently and be a team player
– At least 1 year of customer service or support experience

Qualifications:

– At least a high school diploma or equivalent
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Ability to adhere to Apple’s customer service metrics and standards
– Proficiency in handling technical support and troubleshooting customer inquiries
– Excellent time management and organizational skills

Working Conditions:

You will be working remotely from your home and must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace. The role will be demanding and require multi-tasking and handling several different customer inquiries simultaneously. Additionally, there may be some occasional weekend and night shifts.
