About the Role:
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, email, and chat support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
Responsibilities:
– Answer customer inquiries via call, email, and chat support
– Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
– Provide exceptional customer service to customers all over the world
– Ensure customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs
– Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate department as needed
Qualifications:
– At least 1 year of experience in customer service
– Must possess excellent communication skills
– Must have excellent problem-solving skills
– Must have the ability to work independently and in a team
– Must possess a reliable internet connection and computer/laptop
– Must reside within the United States or Canada
Salary and Benefits:
– Salary: $15-$17/hour, depending on experience
