Customer Service Specialist – Remote (UK)
Our dynamic and friendly team is looking for a customer service specialist to join us remotely in the UK. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring we provide exceptional service. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone promptly and efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Actively listen and empathise with customers
- Use product knowledge to provide customers with necessary information and support
- Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved and exceeded whilst adhering to company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any customer issues
- Handle complex and escalated complaints with sensitivity and professionalism

- Experience in a busy customer service environment
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
