Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are able to provide exceptional customer service to our clients from the comfort of their own home. As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, addressing their concerns, and providing assistance with regards to their inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email and chat in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved through effective communication and problem solving skills
- Providing product and service information to customers with a high degree of accuracy
- Handling escalated customer complaints professionally and with urgency
- Assisting with customer orders and processing payments as necessary
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Problem solving skills and the ability to think on one’s feet
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Must have a quiet work environment free from background noise or interruptions
- Must have reliable high-speed internet connection and a desktop or laptop computer
