Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for performing tasks that do not require voice interactions with clients. Specifically, you will be expected to:
- Perform data entry and data processing tasks using various software tools
- Assist in scheduling appointments with clients using online schedulers
- Handle email correspondence with clients and stakeholders
- Process complaints and inquiries using established guidelines
- Work as a team with other remote team members and meet daily targets and deadlines
Requirements
- At least 6 months experience in a similar role or industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- A reliable computer system, internet connection, and a quiet work environment
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
