About the Role:
We are currently looking for talented individuals who are self-motivated, proactive, and flexible to work part-time from home. In this role, you will be required to provide excellent customer support or administrative services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via email, live chat, or phone in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries or complaints
- Update client records and maintain the database
- Manage emails and appointments
- Perform data entry and research tasks as required
- Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in customer service or administrative tasks is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively
- A reliable computer/laptop and a stable internet connection
Working Hours and Pay:
- This is a part-time position with flexible working hours
- You will be required to work for 15-20 hours per week, according to the project’s need
- The starting pay is $15 per hour, which will be reviewed and increased based on performance
