Job Title: Night Shift Customer Support Representative
As a customer support representative working the night shift, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries via phone, email or chat. You will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and assist them with issues or concerns they may have regarding our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service that exceeds customer expectations
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat
- Document customer interactions in internal systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team member
- Manage customer complaints and resolve conflicts
- Identify and escalate potential issues to management to improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult customer situations
- Prior customer service experience preferred but not required
- Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or other CRM software is a plus.
