About the Role:

As a Remote Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building relationships with them, and maintaining existing accounts. You will work closely with our marketing and operations teams, keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitive offerings. You will be expected to:

  • Conduct appointments with leads, prospects and customers through phone, email, and video conferencing.
  • Meet sales quotas, revenue targets and achieve KPIs set by the company.
  • Produce daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Develop and present proposals and contracts to clients.
  • Nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

To be considered for this job, we require you to have:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a remote sales role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude, ability to take initiative and work independently, and a strong team spirit.
  • An excellent command of English language, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with CRM and sales automation tools and techniques.
  • A reliable high-speed internet connection and access to a quiet workspace.
