We are looking for talented skincare professionals who are passionate about all things skincare and wellness. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers have an exceptional skincare experience while providing them with accurate information and advice. The position is remote which means you get to work from the comfort of your own home. This is a full-time opportunity where you will be able to provide your services to customers with busy schedules and help them get their skincare needs met with convenience.

Responsibilities

Provide skincare consultations to customers

Provide skincare recommendations and advice

Help customers select the right skincare products for their needs

Develop and execute skincare routines and plans for customers

Provide customers with exceptional service and exceed their expectations

Requirements

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in skincare or a related field

Certification in skincare or aesthetics

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Skills and Qualifications

Proven track record in skincare consulting and recommendation

Excellent knowledge of skincare ingredients, formulations, and products

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer cases simultaneously

Experience using skincare analytical tools and software is an added advantage
