We are currently seeking experienced individuals for our weekend jobs from home positions. The role requires good communication skills, great organization, and high attention to detail.
Key responsibilities:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email or chat
- Troubleshooting customer issues and offering solutions
- Handling customer complaints in a professional manner and escalating to management as necessary
- Updating and maintaining customer records

Qualifications

Compensation
