About the Job
We are looking for customer service representatives to facilitate outbound and inbound calls from clients and customers with customer queries and concerns. This will include capturing customer information, providing appropriate solutions, and handling customer complaints. We do require that the candidate should be self-motivated, possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent problem-solving skills. Ideally, the candidate should have experience in customer service, and customer retention and should work in an independent and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist customers with their inquiries via phone, email or chat.
- Resolve customer problems and provide a positive experience to customers.
- Build sustainable relationships with customers by providing appropriate solutions and understanding customers’ needs.
- Resolve customer complaints and interact with other team members for more complex issues.
- Provide prompt, professional and courteous service to all customers at all times
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in customer service with excellent customer retention skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to resolve complex issues independently
- Ability to multitask with excellent time-management skills
- Good computer skills, experience with remote working tools is a plus
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
