Requirements:

– Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service role
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to work independently and remotely
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM software is a plus
