Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service support to students via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to student queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshoot issues and provide appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Stay up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate and reliable information to our customers

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
• Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace and reliable internet connection
