About the Job

As an Envelope Stuffer, you will work from home to prepare and send mail that includes brochures, flyers, and promotional material. The work will mostly comprise folding and inserting material into envelopes, and then sealing them before attaching an address label.

Requirements

Applicants must be:

Highly motivated and punctual as you will have set deadlines to meet.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.
Fluent in English and able to read and write clearly.
Careful and adept at handling sensitive material.
Legally entitled to live and work in the USA

Qualifications

No formal qualifications or prior experience is needed but applicants must:

Have their own home computer with internet connection.
Be skilled in basic computer tasks, such as email and data entry.
Be able to work independently with little supervision
Be able to maintain a consistent work pace and meet deadlines.
Willing to learn on the job and take constructive feedback on board.
Be able to work under pressure and handle multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities

Receive and organize materials that need to be mailed to customers.
Fold and insert material into envelopes
Seal envelopes and attach address labels
Stamps with the correct postage and bundle the mail to be sent to the post office.
Ensure all material is sent to the correct address in a timely and efficient manner.
