Qualifications

– Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or similar role (preferred)
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to multitask efficiently and meet deadlines
– Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection
– Proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
– Familiarity with cloud-based applications such as Zoom, Dropbox, and Slack
– Ability to work well independently while also being part of a remote team
– Must be able to work from home in a quiet and distraction-free environment during scheduled shifts
