Job Description:

Our healthcare organization is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our growing team. We are looking for experienced healthcare professionals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of our patients. This is a remote position and provides you the opportunity to work from home.

Responsibilities:

• Provide telephonic clinical assessment, triage and referral services to patients
• Assess patients’ medical needs and provide guidance on appropriate level of care
• Assist in the coordination of patient care among healthcare providers
• Document clinical interactions in electronic medical records systems
• Adhere to all policies and procedures as established by the organization and regulatory agencies

Requirements:

• Active license as a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in emergency, acute, or primary care setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of electronic medical records

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in triage, clinical assessment, and care coordination
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
